By using Roast My Wrap, you agree to these Roast Terms and the Roast Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the feature.
1. What the roast feature does
Roast My Wrap lets users upload design images and receive AI-generated critique, scoring, summaries, and related output. Some roasts can also be shared privately, via unlisted link, or publicly in the community feed.
2. You must have the right to upload
By submitting content to Roast My Wrap, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the image or have permission to upload and process it;
- you are not violating any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contract rights;
- you are not uploading confidential client work or information you are not authorized to share; and
- your submission complies with applicable law and these Terms.
3. Visibility and sharing
You are responsible for the visibility setting selected for your roast.
- Private roasts are intended to remain non-public inside the product.
- Unlisted roasts may be accessed by anyone with the link.
- Public roasts may appear in the roast community feed and public pages.
If you make a roast public, you authorize us to display the uploaded image and generated roast output within the roast experience, community listings, and related previews.
4. License you grant to operate the feature
You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content as needed to run the roast feature, generate outputs, enforce these Terms, and display the roast according to your chosen visibility setting.
5. Prohibited content and behavior
You may not use Roast My Wrap to:
- upload content you do not own or do not have permission to use;
- upload confidential business materials or private personal information;
- harass, defame, threaten, or exploit others;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material;
- interfere with the feature, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the service; or
- circumvent moderation, security, or removal processes.
6. Moderation and removal rights
We may review, hide, unpublish, disable, or remove roast content at any time if we believe it may violate these Terms, infringe rights, expose confidential information, create legal risk, or harm the service.
If you believe a roast was uploaded without permission, submit a request through the content removal request form. We may ask for more information before acting.
7. AI-generated output disclaimer
Roast outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, subjective, incomplete, offensive, or unhelpful. The roast feature is provided for critique and entertainment purposes and should not be relied on as legal, branding, business, or professional advice.
8. No guarantee of availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the roast feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the roast feature.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Sign Shop and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your uploads, your misuse of the roast feature, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
